Please use the link you will receive in your welcome e-mail to view your cleaning dates, cancel a clean, request an additional or reschedule. If you have not done so already, please confirm if you plan to provide supplies/vacuum/mop or would like Spotless Spaces to do so.
We understand schedules change and try our best to accommodate; if additional cleans or a rescheduled time is needed, please use our scheduling tool to send in these requests. You will receive an e-mail confirming if we are able to accommodate your request, or with alternative time slots available.

To view all scheduled cleanings, follow the below steps.
Click on "reschedule or cancel" from any email confirming your booking.
On the upper right corner of the page, there will be a button to sign in. Input your phone number to receive a verification code and proceed to create and account.
Once signed in, you will see "my appointments" in the upper right corner.
All your upcoming dates should be listed. You can also reschedule or cancel appointments from this dashboard.
Payment Options:
Payment is due prior to or at the time of service. If payment is not made on the date of service, a late fee of $35.00 will be charged.
Spotless Spaces offers the option for you to place a credit card on file and be automatically charged the day of or immediately following your cleaning. If interested, please let us know and we would be happy to get you the necessary form.
Cancellations:
Please cancel 48 hours prior to your scheduled cleaning time.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to our $35.00 cancellation fee. This fee will also apply if we are unable to access your home for cleaning on your scheduled day/time.
